It always starts with the breath.
It doesn’t matter how tightly wound someone arrives. Eventually, the breath changes, shifts from shallow and guarded to deep and full. That’s how she knows the healing has begun.

Heartworks Lomi Lomi
Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a slow, rhythmic, and deeply restorative massage that works with the whole body as one.
It helps unwind layers of physical and emotional tension held in the muscles, fascia, and joints.
The steady, continuous flow supports the nervous system to relax, allowing the body’s natural rhythm and balance to return.
Before the session, your feet are soaked in warm salt and peppermint water.
During the massage, I use oil, forearms, and sometimes hot stones with a drop of frankincense to reach into areas that stay tight — around the shoulders, neck, hips, and joints.
I initially check the depth and pressure to make sure it feels right for you. After that, the session moves into quiet.
Unless you choose to speak with me, I hold a steady, silent space so your body can fully settle and receive.
After the massage, you can rest on the table, listen to the music, shower, or simply take your time before leaving.
The session lasts about ninety minutes, but the effect continues — the body feels lighter, circulation improves, sleep often comes more easily, and there’s a sense of calm that builds with repeat sessions.
People come for many reasons — stress, pain, overwork, exhaustion, or the need to reconnect with themselves.
Each treatment is shaped by what you bring on the day.
The physical changes are real—improved circulation, released tension, deeper rest. But something deeper also happens: a shift in energy, in awareness, in the way people hold themselves when they stand up and walk out the door.
